Every year since 1973, Right to Life of Michigan (RLM) and affiliates in every county observe the sad anniversary of Roe v. Wade and mourn the loss of life due to legalized abortion. RTL of North Macomb encourages churches to observe SOHL in some fashion. RLM provides educational resources at www.RTL.org.
We team with Compassion Pregnancy Center and local churches to conduct baby bottle drive fundraisers. Money raised supports efforts to educate the public and support women and men facing unplanned pregnancies. For more information or to host a drive, please email us and we'll contact you.
Anyone who likes to ride a bike and wants to have some fun pedaling for Right to Life is invited to join us for a bicycle rally and family fun ride. We will ride along the Macomb Orchard Trail. A barbecue picnic takes place afterward. Please direct questions to Nancy at 313-580-5881. Click to learn more and register online.
Our "Life is a Peach" education booth in Romeo over Labor Day weekend is another great place for public outreach. We cap the weekend by walking in the Floral Parade on Labor Day. To learn more about volunteering at our booth or walking in the parade, please e-mail to NorthMacombRTL@gmail.com.
Our biggest annual fundraiser features reputable keynote speakers such as Abby Johnson, Fr. Frank Pavone, Dr. Alan Keyes, and NRLC President Carol Tobias. Proceeds benefit Macomb County affiliates and the RTL of Michigan Educational Fund. Questions? Please e-mail us at NorthMacombRTL@gmail.com.
